Maree Raeburn

Maree Raeburn is the Head of Primary. She is from Australia and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ballarat University, a Graduate Certificate in Education from Melbourne University, and a Masters in Education from Deakin University, all in Australia. Ms. Raeburn most recently served as Head of Primary at the International School of Ulaanbaatar (ISU) in Mongolia, an IB World School. Prior to her work in Mongolia, Ms. Raeburn has served in a variety of positions around the world:

• Deputy Head of Campus, Head of Primary, and IB PYP Coordinator at the International School of Moshi in Arusha, Tanzania.
• Deputy Head and Classroom Teacher at Utahloy International School in China.
• Assistant Principal, Teacher, and Librarian in schools in Australia In addition to her school work.

Ms. Raeburn currently serves as an IB PYP Workshop Leader, School Visit Team Member, and is a certified Google Educator. Some of her notable work in schools includes developing makerspaces, creating and developing teaching and learning spaces in schools, organizing and leading teacher workshops and training on a local and international basis.
